AARON TEJEROPresident

Aaron brings over 20 years of renewable energy operations and
maintenance experience. Before founding ON Q Solar Services, he played a key role
in developing two O&M startups, in both wind and solar, to become industry
leaders. Aaron has managed a renewable portfolio totaling nearly 2 GW in his
professional career and has held management positions with SunPower, Recurrent
Energy, MaxGen Energy Services, and Florida Power and Light. He holds multiple
contractors’ licenses including a General A Engineering and C-10 Electrical license.

ALIZAH TEJEROVP, Business Development

Alizah brings 23 years of residential, commercial and utility energy experience to the team. She’s held multiple management positions with her extensive tenure at PG&E. Focused on data, analytics, media and new business, Alizah is responsible for developing and implementing On Q’s growth opportunities and strategic alliances with clients and industry partners in the U.S.

TOM KELLEYVice President

Tom brings over 30 years of renewable energy experience to the team. He’s managed large portfolios in both the wind and solar industry. Tom has held management positions in Florida Power and Light, MaxGen Energy Services, and Recurrent Energy. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of ON Q’s business operations.
